How to create an email account in your control panel

So, you have got one of our web hosting packages and you are wondering what next? Well, all our cloud hosting plans come with email accounts as standard. In this guide, we will show you how easy it is to create an email address using our control panel. Firstly, you need to log in to your Control Panel. You will have received the login details via the email you used to sign up for our services. If you have not received the welcome email, please check your junk mail and if you still have not received it Contact our friendly experts.

Inside the control panel

Once you have logged in, you will see different options. You will need to locate the Email section > Click on Email Accounts.

In the text box under Email Address, type in the name of the email account (mailbox). If you have other domains in the hosting account then select the domain from the dropdown. Click on Create Email Account.

Setting your password

Now that you have created your email address, it’s time to set up your password. To do this, scroll down to Modify Email Accounts, this is a list of all the email accounts created in your hosting account. You will see your recent email creation will have a password showing (The password is automatically generated) You can either keep it, making sure you have saved it somewhere for the future or create your worn password. If you are creating your own password don’t forget to click on Save before you navigate away. That’s it! Your brand-new email is ready!

Email forwarders

Under the Email Accounts section, you will also see other options like forwarding emails. Simply add the email you would like to forward and the forward address. If you want to set multiple forwards, simply repeat the process.

Cache-all/ Wildcard forwarders

Catch-All forwarding will automatically forward any e-mail sent to an email address that does not exist in your domain to another email address of your choosing.

You can set up email autoresponders, to automatically reply to anyone who sends an email to a specific address the responder is configured to. You can set a name, email subject, and Message – this can be plain text or HTML, a forward-to address and start-to-finish dates.
