I have an existing WordPress website hosted with another provider, can I migrate my website to you?
How long does it take to transfer a domain name?
Your domain is transferred at registry level as soon as you complete the checkout process with us, (with the exeption of .zw domains that can take upto 72 hours to transfer), but it can take between 24 and 72 hours for a domain name to become visible on the internet as it globally updates. This applies for all domain names regardless of extension or registrar. However, in the majority of cases your domain name will be live within a few hours.
